Cucumber

Avocado

Rather rich for a vegetable, it nevertheless favours a flat stomach: thanks to its low glycemic index, it helps to fight against abdominal fat. An excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids, potassium and vitamins (E and B), it not only helps control weight, but also lowers cholesterol levels. Finally, its properties have the particularity of reducing the secretion of insulin, the hormone precisely responsible for the storage of fat in the hips and waist!

The tomato

Low in fat and calories, it is one of the richest fruits in both fibre and minerals. Tomatoes are bursting with sunshine and Lycopene, a natural antioxidant that also helps reduce the risk of cancer.

Apples

Our favorite! Especially the Granny Smith variety, preferably eaten raw. Particularly rich in fibre and antioxidants, it provides the essential elements to burn fat and toxins. In addition, its compounds cleanse the colon and intestine, for a lighter digestion.

Lemon

Excellent for fighting localized fat, as well as for weight loss in general! Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, its acids improve our digestion and preserve our liver. Watermelon

One of the ideal fruits to lose belly! It promotes a feeling of satiety and improves intestinal transit. Real potassium concentrate, it has a diuretic action, which avoids intestinal discomfort.

Pineapple

Ideal for keeping your figure and stomach flat, this tasty fruit contains an enzyme called bromelain, which helps to digest proteins and eliminate toxins. Note that it is better to eat it raw rather than canned.

Cherries

This delicious, colourful and sweet fruit is particularly rich in anthocyanins, the component that gives it such vivid colour. It helps to burn abdominal fat and lowers cholesterol and inflammation. Sweet, they are still eaten in moderation.

Almonds

Certainly caloric, when consumed in small quantities, they are the ally of a flat stomach and a feeling of satiety. Particularly rich in antioxidants and fibre, they help stabilize blood sugar levels and thus avoid cravings.

At the same time, do not forget to drink a lot of water (at least 1.5 litres / day) and limit your intake of fats and refined sugars which promote water retention. And to take care of your body as well as the environment, we prefer organic fruits and vegetables.
