Oliceo is an online community and marketplace to connect authors, brands and merchants and every people passionate by wellness activities. These activities includes Health, fitness, eco-building, natural healing, Yoga, Meditation.
Our platform enables authors to earn commissions from the product they sold through their content, It’s an entire eco-system where users exchange practices, services and products to improve quality of life of eco-friendly citizens.
We are a small, lean team of freelancers and individuals to build a crowdsourced and distributed platform for wellness practices. As such, the E-commerce / Affiliate Sales Lead will be an entrepreneur happy to contribute on his/her own time to this business.
Your primary focus will be driving brands, retailers, producers to join our platform and sell their products and services to our marketplace.
- Sourcing and research of AU.UK.US based companies, brands and producers in the health and wellness industry.
- Manage prospect / leads database, emailing, demand generation.
- Identify, recruit new trends, businesses and products
- Follow-up contract and due diligence with each partners, reseller, negotiate commissions
- Oversight on delivery and quality of service of each seller in the marketplace
- Track and measure seller performance
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- Undergraduate or BA Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field a minimum requirement.
- Personal experience of sales, business development and online commerce
- Proficient with Office tools, and delivery of reports and dashboards
- Team player, and wiliness to work in cross cultural environment, French Founders.
- No salary during the launch this is a project from scratch.
- Compensation will be defined once the EN version is live
- Equity share in the company with a 4 years payment schedule
