Gastric reflux can be treated with certain natural remedies. Here are a few!
Gastric reflux, better known as gastroesophageal reflux, is the return of gastric fluid to the oesophagus. It comes from a dysfunction of the lower oesophagal sphincter which is a muscular ring located more precisely at the lower end of the oesophagus.
Normally, it is narrow and opens only to let food swallow. When properly acting as a protective valve, it retains acid in the stomach and prevents it from reaching the oesophagus.
Gastric reflux is usually characterized by symptoms such as heartburn or difficulty in eating. Victims may also complain of nausea, sore throat, bloating and chest pain.
This digestive disorder is stimulated by factors such as:
* The stress·
* Taking alcohol·
* The pregnancy·
* Excessive use of fatty foods or caffeine·

The use of drugs similar to proton pump inhibitors can often aggravate cases of gastric reflux. That’s why many people prefer to opt for natural solutions that work effectively against acidity and gastric reflux. We reveal some of these miraculous solutions.
1- Aloe Vera juice
Aloe Vera has many advantages, especially in the medical and cosmetic field. It is in this sense that Aloe Vera juice can be used to reduce inflammations of the stomach and soothe the symptoms of digestive disorders.
Just drink half a cup of Aloe Vera juice before each meal. However, it is not allowed to consume excessively as this drink has laxative effects.
2- Baking soda
It is a product that helps stabilize the acid level in the stomach, especially when you feel a burning sensation associated with gastric reflux.
· Dilute half a spoon of baking soda in a glass of water;
· Then take this beverage before each meal.

4- Probiotics and Prebiotics

5- Ginger tea
It is an excellent remedy for migraines, nausea and stomach ache. Ginger is also an effective ally against gastrointestinal disorders. Thanks to its gastro-protective properties, Ginger tea reduces inflammation and nausea and is much more effective than Lansoprazole in the prevention of gastric ulcers.
In order to block gastric reflux, ginger narrows the lower oesophagal sphincter that causes the accumulation of gases.
· Add 2 or 3 slices of ginger are in the hot tea;

· Then enjoy your preference preferably 20 minutes before each meal.
6- Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds have a high amount of mucilage, which helps to cover the lining of the stomach and intestine and reduce gastrointestinal inflammation. The remedy is to disperse a cup of fennel coffee as a powder before consumption.

8- The lemon
As alkalizing food, lemon is particularly effective in case of gastric reflux. It keeps the level of acid in the stomach at a normal level and can eliminate digestive problems.
· 10 minutes before sitting at your table, drink a tablespoon of lemon juice that has just been squeezed.
