Summertime is in the air and along come wonderful varieties of fruits and veggies that will do your body good. Bloom a healthy morning habit around these great natural resources that you can smoothly blend into your breakfast.

One of the biggest source of vitamin C and low in sugar: strawberries.

Raspberries, the anti-oxydant by nature

This is an excellent anti-oxidant, rich in vitamins B and C, manganese and dietary fiber which helps with weigth loss, improves your skin and strengthens your immune system.

Blueberries helps fight free radicals in your body and prove to be a strong anti-oxidant.

Bananas are very good source of potassium and fiber that fills you with energy and puts the smooth into smoothies.

Lemons are full of nourishing vitamins that purify, refresh and boost your immune system.

Cucumber rich in water, to hydrate your guts, very good for detox.

Spinach is full of vitamins.

Kale is a powerful anti-oxidant with anti-inflammatory properties and low calory.

Ginger strengthens your immune system and helps digest well. It has a great synergy with gastric fluids.

1 ½ cup of raspberries or strawberries (up to you)
1 banana ; 1 cup of almond milk ; 1 ts of almond butter

Peachy mangorange banana smoothie
1 cup of peaches & mangoes
1 banana ; 1 cup of orange juice ; ¼ tsp of ginger

Raspberry honey smoothie
1 cup of raspberries
1 tsp of honey
1 cup of milk (or soy / almond milk) ; vanilla flavor is optional 🙂

Lemon ginger booster (helps fight allergies)
1 lemon ; ½ tsp of ground turmeric ; ¼ tsp of ground ginger (a pinch of cinnamon is optional)
1 tsp of honey ; 2 cups water > serves two 🙂

Soothing smoothie
1 cup of almond milk ; ginger ; cinnamon ; grated turmeric >> served cold or warm
